Reunion

This past weekend saw the gathering of old friends that I spoke of a few days before. Several had come from as far away as Canada, Australia and Britain, and had not seen one another for close to a half-century. It's quite a sight to witness sexagenarians and septuagenarians dancing the night away to romantic numbers that their grandchildren today would regard as 'yucky'. Yet these seniors are all in good physical shape — they are spry, full of fun and laughter, their energies undiminished by the passage of the years. My wife and I count ourselves fortunate to be among their number — we two who can still delight the crowd with a tango display.
